Photo Shoot Checklist

  • Get a good night’s sleep.
  • If you are experiencing any anxiety, know that it is going to work out well.  I guarantee it.
  • Clothing – neutral colors and simple or no patterns generally work best.  The goal is not to distract from, but rather compliment the primary subject which is you.  This doesn’t mean that you dress in a boring style.  You may use your creativity to choose clothing you feel makes you look good and represents your style.  Just try to avoid loud or overly busy clothing.  These are just guidelines, so don’t over-think it.
  • Bring one wardrobe change just in case your first choice doesn’t turn out as you expected when we look at a few test photos.
  • If you wear make-up, bring it with you in case you want to make any adjustments based on test photos.
  • Bring your hairstyling products (brush, comb, hair spray, etc.)
